THE ADULT RACE

400M SWIM – 16MILE BIKE – 4MILE RUN
It will start and finish at the Blandford Leisure Centre, Milldown Road, Blandford Forum, DT11 7DB.
The swim takes place in a 4 lane 25m heated pool, the bike course takes in some of the local hills whilst the run is a relatively smooth route which passes through the historic town of Blandford.
All Race Numbers are allocated on the day.
