SUP – Approx 6miles

Anti clockwise around Brownsea Island

Max time allowed 2.5hours

Off Road Bike – Approx 33miles

Clockwise around the harbour taking in the breath taking views and countryside on tracks/gravel & a little bit of tarmac. Finishing at Rockets & Rascals (Poole)

Cyclo, MTB bikes, all off road pedal bikes permitted

Max time allowed 3.5hours

Run –  Approx 21miles

Anti Clockwise around harbour finishing at Shell Bay Marine.

Max time allowed 4.5hours
