Only people who are female sex at birth are eligible to compete in the Female category. All individuals including transgender people are eligible to compete in the Open category.

To participate in this event, you are required to become a member of British Triathlon and hold a race licence. You must either become a Core or Ultimate annual member here or purchase a single use Race Pass for THIS race here.

The Adult Race

Approx. 2.5 Mile Run — 11.5 Mile Bike — 2.5 Mile Run

The whole event will take place on the Rempstone Estate which is protected by Natural England which is why the routes are not published.

The Adult Event will take place on Bridle Ways and Forest Tracks and is very clearly marked out by black arrows on yellow signs.

There will be a Race Memento for all event finishers.

THE VENUE

Burnbake Campsite, Rempstone, Corfe Castle, WAREHAM, Dorset, BH20 5JH.

The site is between Corfe Castle and Studland just off the B3351. From Wareham take the A351 to Corfe Castle, turn left under the castle onto the Studland Road, go through the old Railway Arch and take the 3rd turning on the left, signposted to Rempstone.

From the Sandbanks Ferry follow the road through Studland, at the Swanage fork continue on to Corfe Castle and take the first turning right on the brow of the hill, signposted to Rempstone.

From that junction follow the Campsite Signs North for 1mile and turn right onto a gravel road.

Parking will be on the right field.

ADULT COURSE

Both the Run and Cycle courses will cover gravel, sand, mud and tarmac.

PRIZES – All Finishers will receive a Race Momento.

1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Male and Female Athletes will be awarded their prizes as soon as the last athlete has crossed the finish line.
